Lontano dal traffico e vicino al paese di Roccasecca, fra il Monte Asprano e la Valle del Liri , sorge la tranquilla frazione di Caprile, nata alla fine del Medioevo, quando il vecchio borgo preesistente viene progressivamente abbandonato. Da qui, si gode una delle più belle viste della Valle del Liri, fino ai monti Ausoni.

Far from traffic and close to the town of Roccasecca, between Mount Asprano and the Liri Valley, lies the peaceful hamlet of Caprile. It was founded at the end of the Middle Ages, when the pre-existing old village was gradually abandoned. From here, visitors can enjoy one of the most beautiful views over the Liri Valley, stretching all the way to the Ausoni Mountains.
